Qualification

Min. Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Natural Resource Management or Business Studies.
Candidates with master degree in Forestry/Natural Resource Management or Business Studies will have an added advantage. |
| Work Experience | Min. 15 years of work experience with at least 3 years as Dy. General Manager/Sr. Manager or equivalent to P1 level under Civil Service. |
| Employment category & grade | Contract in Grade E3 (initially for 3 years and extendable based on performance) |
| Remuneration Package | · Basic Pay – Nu. 50,625.00 per month
· Contract Allowance – 65% on the Basic Pay · Communication Allowance – Nu. 1,500 per month · Conveyance Allowance – Nu. 2,500 per month · PBVA – 15% (based on the achievement of company’s annual compact targets – payable annually) |
