Natural Resources Development Corporation Limited (NRDCL) launched the second phase of mobile application “My Resources” today on February 9, 2021.
Through the App, our customers will now be able to order sand, timber, boulder and the by-products online without having to visit the NRDCL offices. They can avail the following services:
- Register construction site for sand, timber and boulder requirements;
- Register for availing transportation services provided by NRDCL, or register their own vehicle for transportation;
- Place orders for sand, timber, boulder and other by-products;
- Make payments;
- Confirm the receipt of the products.
“My Resources” app is expected to increase the customer service efficiency and take service delivery to the next level. The App is developed in collaboration with the Thimphu TechPark Limited and is available for download on Google Play Store and App Store
