NRDCL Mid-term Review

The Mid-term Review (MTR) is an annual exercise and part of the corporation’s monitoring and evaluation program.

It was a program where regional managers came to the Head Office and reviewed issues pertaining to the corporation’s performance.  However, the MTR for 2016 differed from those conducted earlier. Instead of regional staff coming to the Head Office, representatives from all divisions of the Head Office, led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) visited the six regional offices located across the country between August-September 2016.

This was done considering other benefits that were accrued, such as: meeting all staff in the regions irrespective of the levels; dissemination of the corporation’s important mandates; development of personal bonds with field staff; field visits and firsthand knowledge of ground realties. Field staffs were advocated about the company’s important mandates, like service delivery, expectations from the company, future plans and programs and others.
